DOGFENCEPRO® Warranties, Returns, & Refunds

Training Commitment:

  • Train your pet using our system for at least 15 minutes, twice a day, for 9 days.

Reporting Issues:

Equipment Maintenance:

  • Ensure the e-collar contact tips are reliably touching your pet’s skin.

  • Maintain the system boundary wire.

  • Keep the transmitter and e-collar in working order.

  • Properly maintain and charge the rechargeable batteries.

Lifetime Deductible Warranty:

  • The manufacturer warrants all parts against defects for one year.

  • After the first year, a deductible is charged for replacements: $100 for an e-collar, $100 for a transmitter, and $30 for a surge protector.

  • Replacements may be new or refurbished, depending on inventory.

  • Misuse is not covered.

  • Replacement parts ship within 1-3 business days.

  • A refund (minus deductible, shipping, and taxes) will be processed within two weeks.

Refund Policy:

  • You can request a refund within the first 30 days of purchase.

  • If the system has been installed, the refund will cover the system cost only.

  • Refunds are processed within two weeks of returning the system, at your expense.

Exclusions:

  • The warranty does not cover damage from floods or misuse.

  • DOGFENCEPRO® is not liable for property damage, economic loss, or any consequential damages.

Warning:

  • Some pets may not be trainable to avoid crossing the system boundary.

  • Do not rely solely on the system if your pet may harm itself or others by crossing the system boundary.

  • DOGFENCEPRO® is not liable for any damages if your pet crosses the system boundary.

Remove the E-Collar:

  • At night before bed.

  • When your pet is unsupervised in a crate or kennel.

  • When your pet leaves the property for a walk or in a vehicle.

Additional Guidelines:

  • Recharge the e-collar battery when it flashes red or alerts that a recharge is needed.

  • Do not remove the leash until your pet is ready, even if it takes more than 3 days of training.

  • Complete at least 9 days or 18 sessions of training.

  • Check the e-collar fit and inspect your pet's neck for soreness.

  • Spend 5 minutes each month checking the system’s operation.
